At this stage, we brainstorm all the possible solutions with stakeholders. We collectively select & work around the best solution from this point.

We complete the UI design in this phase. We also design prototypes or a series of prototypes for the next phase. While completing the UI we also engage other stakeholders in our process.

We perform user testing according to our previously defined personas with users & stakeholders in this phase. After collecting all the test results, we update the design if required & then pass it to the developers for development.
